Hilton Dresden is a New York based writer and copywriter who has spent the last decade on the entertainment beat. As Associate Awards Editor at The Hollywood Reporter, she covered awards campaigns from premiere to ballot and interviewed talent including Billie Eilish, Penélope Cruz, and Michelle Yeoh. Her freelance writing has run in TIME, Interview, InStyle, Paper, and Them.
She spent two years as communications manager and head copywriter for the lighting brand Tulip Shades, translating brand strategy into headlines, campaigns, and a voice people actually remembered. She also creates, hosts, and produces Babbling On, an arts and culture podcast, start to finish.
